1. General Policy

  • All payments made for consultations, treatments, and services are considered final.
  • Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances as outlined below.

2. Consultation Fees

  • Consultation charges are non-refundable, regardless of whether the treatment is undertaken or not.

3. Treatment & Service Refunds

  • Once a treatment or procedure has been performed, no refund will be issued.
  • If a service is prepaid but not yet availed, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments for treatments or packages may be non-refundable.
  • In certain cases, the amount may be adjusted toward another service, subject to approval.

5. Package Services

  • Packages once purchased are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If partially used, refunds will not be provided for the remaining sessions.

6. Appointment Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Failure to inform within the required time may result in forfeiture of advance payment.

7. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in exceptional situations such as:

  • Medical contraindications preventing treatment
  • Duplicate or incorrect payment transactions
  • Service unavailability from the clinic’s side

All such cases will be reviewed and decided at the sole discretion of Laservita Clinic.

8. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.

9. Policy Changes

Laservita Clinic reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be reflected on this page.
