- Once a treatment or procedure has been performed, no refund will be issued.
- If a service is prepaid but not yet availed, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Advance Payments
- Advance payments for treatments or packages may be non-refundable.
- In certain cases, the amount may be adjusted toward another service, subject to approval.
5. Package Services
- Packages once purchased are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Appointment Cancellation

- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
